MOHD SAFIAN SALUDIN is the founder and Managing Director of BEGAS Energy Sdn Bhd. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronic and Systems from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and associates member of both Board of Engineers Malaysia and Institutes of Engineers Malaysia.
He has 15 years of working experience with PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PCSB); PCSB-Sarawak Operation (SKO) (July 1992 – Dec 1994) and PCSB-Sabah Operations (SBO) (Jan 1995 – Dec 2007).
His last position held was Senior Manager for Asset Maintenance Department, looking after Southern Sector comprise of Samarang, Kinabalu, Sumandak and Lgast Operations and headed few major projects such as EW Revisit, Tembungo New Technology application, Samarang Topside Major Maintenance, Pipeline replacement, and Enhancement initiatives. He also represented SBO in series of decision-making forums to establish a Short and Long-Term Maintenance Plan.
SHAHLAN RUSIAN serves as an Operation Manager, leveraging his expertise in civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering, as well as building maintenance and operations related to both onshore and offshore works. He earned his Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University Malaysia Sabah and brings nine years of valuable experience to his role.
As an Operation Manager, Shahlan Rusian plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations within his domain. His responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum, including the management of civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering projects, as well as building maintenance and operation initiatives. With a wealth of experience spanning onshore and offshore works, he contributes to the seamless functioning of various engineering projects and ensures that all activities align with industry standards and regulations.
Shahlan's educational background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering equips him with the technical knowledge necessary for addressing complex challenges in the field. His extensive experience further enhances his ability to lead and coordinate diverse projects, ultimately contributing to the success and efficiency of the operations under his purview.
Ferran Jumat became a valuable member of Begas Energy Sdn Bhd in January 2021, taking on the role of HVAC Engineer. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology with a specialization in Industrial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems from the University Kuala Lumpur Malaysian France Institute.
In his capacity as an HVAC Engineer, Ferran possesses the expertise to handle a wide range of responsibilities. His focus extends to the provision of comprehensive service and maintenance for Commercial, Residential, and Industrial HVAC systems, which encompasses the intricate realm of Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV). Beyond HVAC maintenance, Ferran demonstrates proficiency in dealing with various mechanical equipment and electrical components.
Ferran's role involves not only ensuring the efficient functioning and upkeep of HVAC systems but also extends to broader mechanical and electrical aspects. His knowledge and skills contribute to the overall operational integrity of Begas Energy, enabling the smooth running of HVAC systems and associated mechanical and electrical components across commercial, residential, and industrial settings.
D.K ILYAN NUR BINTI AG TALIP commenced her journey with Begas Energy Sdn Bhd in 2014, serving as a Tender and Procurement Executive. She graduated with a degree in Building Surveying from the University Malaya. Currently, she holds the position of Contract Executive at the company, bringing with her over 14 years of extensive experience in oil and gas construction.
In her role as Contract Executive, Ilyan Nur oversees and manages the contractual aspects of projects within Begas Energy. This involves handling tender processes, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the proper procurement of goods and services. Her background in Building Surveying equips her with the skills necessary to navigate the intricacies of construction projects. With over a decade of experience in the oil and gas sector, Ilyan Nur brings valuable industry knowledge to her role, contributing to the successful execution of projects and effective contract management within the organization.
SYAHREEZAL BIN SHAMRAN serves as a Project Engineer/Planner, bringing to the role a wealth of experience in civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering within building maintenance and operation, both onshore and offshore. He holds a Diploma of Engineering Technology in Electro-Mechanical Installation & Maintenance from the University Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Spanish Institute and has accumulated 11 years of professional experience since 2010.
In his capacity as a Project Engineer/Planner, Syahreezal plays a pivotal role in coordinating and planning engineering projects. His responsibilities span a diverse range, including civil, mechanical, and electrical aspects, particularly in the context of building maintenance and operations for both onshore and offshore works. With over a decade of experience, Syahreezal brings a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in these engineering disciplines.

NURUL FADZEERA ALEEDA ALDANA serves as an Account Executive at BEGAS Energy Sdn Bhd. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Hons) with a specialization in Finance from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Sabah. With a professional background, she brings five years of valuable experience in the field of financing to her role.

With a decade of experience in the banking and finance sector, including roles with well-established banks and companies, she transitioned into the oil and gas industry in 2014 to broaden her professional expertise.

MOHAMMAD SYARIQUL ALAM BIN AKMADIN currently serves as the QA/QC Coordinator at BEGAS Energy Sdn Bhd. He possesses a Certificate and Diploma in Quality Assurance Technology, which he obtained from the Advance Technology Training Centre (ADTEC) under the Ministry of Human Resources.
As the QA/QC Coordinator, Mohammad Syariqul Alam plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and adherence to established standards in the operations of BEGAS Energy. His responsibilities include coordinating quality assurance and quality control activities to maintain high standards throughout the company's processes.
